Sintex Lab Coater SFC300.3 is the drying oven designed for laboratories that work with samples coated on paper and fabric.
The system has been designed to simulate production conditions in a repeatable way, offering precise control of the drying process and allowing you to optimize formulations, cycles and parameters before the industrial phase.
The oven is equipped with 3 temperature zones with independent dwell times, so you can test different operating conditions in a single machine and assess the behaviour of the sample along the entire drying path. The maximum temperature is self-limited to 210°C.
Electronic control and intuitive touch screen
The Sintex machine is managed by an electronic panel with touch screen, simple and immediate.
Timers and temperature and ventilation controls are programmable, so that test cycles can be set and repeated easily. Emergency stop, air adjustment and trolley infeed/outfeed management complete the equipment, making the oven safe and reliable for laboratory tests.
